Mental and physical wellness- Body rubs Ballaura

How many of us take care of our health consistently? The question is a must for all. We don’t have the perfect answers to it, but it is something to ponder on. There is inconsistency, whether you eat healthy food, go to massage parlours in Morley regularly, have a routine, etc.

Why aren’t we consistent?

The human tendency is to experiment with changes. But those changes are varied too. Our mind is strong to endure many things, you can’t even imagine. But when it comes to small things like waking up on time, exercise, food, and routine, things go downhill.

You must have seen celebrities do regular exercise, diets, food intake charts, physiotherapy, schedule maintenance of large kinds. They have to do it because that’s their way of earning and living. For a layperson, these can be tough financially and mentally.

So inconsistency happens due to low mental conviction. There is very little motivation for the majority of us to maintain a solid healthy routine. Our grandparents had such a life of strict regime, but not us. We are also spoilt for choices, spoilt through technology and instant gratification. The norm is “you only live once”, so why do the things you don’t like?

We become lazy to go for body rubs Ballaurayoga classes, daily walks, etc. You don’t like nuts, vegetables, or fruit, so we ignore it; we have our smartphones to watch shows, hence we sleep late; we have our hobbies that can be done at night, so we become the night owls.

Mental health

Extreme procrastination, like lying in bed the whole day, not talking to anyone, low appetite, overthinking are signs of anxiety and depression. These are genuine reasons and not excuses like the above mentioned. Mental health issues are real, unlike people mocking it or shaming it. It needs to be addressed by a professional soon. But it is a reason for poor health care. A person is in a dark area and very low in self-esteem to do even the tiniest things. They don’t want to meet anyone, talk to anyone, have negative feelings, etc.

Going to massage parlours Morley has the benefits of mental and physical health. You just have to lie down and do nothing. What can be better than that? Try massages and a bit of exercise to keep your body nourished and active. Be careful in the pandemic.
