Why is blood pressure a bad sign of health?

We all hear about blood pressure and its negative effects on the body. But we seldom know why it really occurs and what really takes place in the body. We are just plainly told that it’s high blood pressure and given medicines. Some just tell you to relax and take sessions at massage parlours Morley or just go for a vacation for some time. Ways in which high BP takes place-

When the long-term force of blood flow against the walls of the artery is comparatively high, it can lead to health problems, especially heart diseases.
