We all hear about blood pressure
and its negative effects on the body. But we seldom know why it really occurs
and what really takes place in the body. We are just plainly told that it’s
high blood pressure and given medicines. Some just tell you to relax and take

Stress-

things that it is bound to take the stress. There is work, family, social life,
daily chores, health issues and many others that can cause stress. People
either resolve to smoke or start taking a small action to eliminate it like

Prevention-
Blood pressure can cause stroke, heart diseases, kidney failure,
etc. They can take a relaxed session, exercise,
eat right, all-in-all – eliminate or try lessening bad habits.
Ultimately, it is the person’s own responsibility to be aware of their
